We see ourselves on a long, long trip that almost spans the continent. We're traveling by passenger train, and out the windows we drink in the passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a power plant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flatlands and valleys, of mountains and rolling hillsides, of city skylines and village halls. How restlessly we pace the aisles, damning the minutes for loitering - waiting, waiting, waiting, for the station. [/color][/size][/font]

It isn't the burdens of today that drive men mad. Rather, it is regret over yesterday or fear of tomorrow. Regret and fear are twin thieves who would rob us of today. [/color][/size][/font]
[font=楷体_GB2312][size=4][color=#000080][b] “品味现在”本身就是一句很好的箴言，再加上《圣经·诗篇》第118章第24行的这样一句话，使得它更显特别，“主创造了今天，我们为活在今日而欢欣雀跃。”导致人们疯狂的往往不是今日的沉重而是对昨日的懊悔和对明日的畏惧。懊悔和畏惧如同一对孪生的窃贼，偷走了我们的今天。[/b][/color][/size][/font]

Instead, climb more mountains, eat more ice cream, go barefoot oftener, swim more rivers, watch more sunsets, laugh more and cry less. Life must be lived as we go along.
