legal translation :
Basically all the questions falls into four aspects.Because you have to go to 5 tutors one by one,so altogether it takes about half an hour to finish it .(not include the waiting hours)
Literature: mainly questions about classical works ,and a short paragraph from speech of great person (my question then were Jane Eyre and a passage from Lincon's speech)
Linguistics:they didn't ask me questions about this area,but others did.basic concepts
Translation: If you have working experiences ,then you need to be well prepared for this .questions such as what's the most difficult thing for you in your translation work? the standard of translation ? usually what kind of translation materials do you do ? How do you feel about it ? Have you ever done area of legal translation ?
Do you have a plan for yor career?
Law: what's the difference between language and legal language? Have you ever studied any law courses?
and then sentense translation
Of course there are questions from the tutor's initiative.Such as questions concerned about your,your jobs before.about your hometown ,ahout your impression of Chongqing ,with the aim of mitigate the situation.
